Forbidden Broadway is the award-winning New York sensation featuring a talented quartet of comic chameleons who perform hilarious parodies of Broadway’s biggest hits at a dizzying pace. From Phantom to Wicked, this fall-down funny, satirical roast of over 30 Broadway hits has outrageous costumes, silly spoofs of songs you know by heart and madcap impressions. New spoofs include Patti LuPone in Gypsy and Grease, “You’re the One That I Hate!” Whether you are a seasoned theatre-goer or new to it all, the Tony Award® winning Forbidden Broadway is your one-stop ticket to non-stop laughs. “Side-splittingly funny,” says John Heilpern in the New York Observer. “No show has given me more pleasure over the years. Tamarac Theatre Of Performing Arts (7143 Pine Island Rd Tamarac) presents “The Sunshine Boys.” The play focuses on aging Al Lewis and Willy Clark, a one-time vaudevillian team known as “Lewis and Clark” who, over the course of forty-odd years, not only grew to hate each other but never spoke to each other off-stage throughout the final year of their act. Clark is convinced by his nephew Ben to revive one of the old routines one last time. Much of the humor is derived from efforts to get the two cantankerous actors into the same room for a rehearsal. Plays through Jan, 20 with show times: Sat 2pm & 8pm Sun 2pm. Tickets $25 and can be purchased at
